In order to lay the foundation for a good working relationship, we have put our rental terms in a nutshell. With your booking you agree to these.

2. Payment policy
Within 5 days you transfer 30% of the total amount to our bank account.
The balance of 70% is due at the latest 6 weeks before arrival.
If your arrival is less than 6 weeks, the total amount is due immediately.
3. Refundable damage deposit
The apartment handed over is in perfect condition and we expect it back in the same way.
The security deposit for possible damages to our apartment inventory is 300,00 EUR.
This will be shown separately when booking.
For damaged small parts, such as dishes, glasses, etc., we charge a flat-rate of 5,00 EUR/part.
In the event of serious damage, we will clarify with you how the damage will be settled (if applicable, through your private liability insurance).
If there are no damages, this will be transferred to you (minus your electricity consumption) by 10 days after departure at the latest.
4. Cancellation conditions
In the event of cancellation of your booking, any payments already made will not be refunded.
If something comes up, we offer you to reschedule your booking at least 10 days before arrival at the same or a higher price. If there is a price difference between your original and new dates, you will pay the difference.
If the cancellation is made by us, we will refund all payments made to us.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
5. Important notes on the rental
Check-in: earliest 4 p.m. to latest 9 p.m.
Check-out: earliest 7 a.m. to latest 10 a.m.
It is possible to arrive later and leave earlier, but we charge 60,00 EUR for this service.
Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance. Use the contact form or send us an email. Please quote your booking number in all messages to us.
The rental price includes bed linen, towels, water and high-speed Internet.
We offer you the possibility to change bed linen and towels in the middle of your stay for a fee of 15,00 EUR/guest.
Your electricity consumption will be charged at 0,45 EUR/kWh and offset against the damage deposit.
The minimum stay of 7 nights, the maximum number of guests is 4 and one of the guests should at least be 21 years old. Smoking, parties and pets are not allowed.
So that your vehicle is safely parked during your stay and you don’t waste your precious holiday time looking for a parking space, we offer you a parking space in the underground car park for 6,00 EUR/day.
The final cleaning and service fee is 175,00 EUR.
At the end of the stay, the apartment must be handed over in a broom-clean condition.
The apartment is not suitable for wheelchairs or rollators and these are not allowed.
